Pilot process

Start with one workflow, prove it in a week, then decide what to scale.

See how a BoringOps pilot works from discovery to setup, validation, and rollout decision for one bounded SME operations workflow.

The first pilot should be narrow enough to ship quickly and useful enough to prove whether WhatsApp-based operations can become traceable.

1. Discovery

We map one current workflow: who sends requests, where they send them, who approves, what evidence matters, and where the final record needs to land.

2. Pilot setup

We configure the channel, workflow states, owners, approval path, and audit fields. The goal is a usable first loop, not a giant transformation project.

3. Workflow validation

Your team runs real sample requests through the flow. We check capture quality, routing, approval behavior, and whether managers can find the record later.

4. Rollout decision

After one week, decide whether to keep, adjust, or expand. Good next steps are usually another workflow, another department, or an integration.
