No. You start with one workflow in a 1-week pilot. Additional products are added as separate workflows once the first one is stable — it's configuration, not a new implementation.

Can different departments run different products?

Yes. Finance runs Finance Ops, HR runs HR Ops, warehouse runs Inventory Ops — all in the same platform with role-based access. Each department sees only its jobs.

Do all products connect to Accurate and Xero?

Finance-adjacent products (Finance Ops, Inventory Ops) post to Accurate or Xero. HR and maintenance products can also connect via webhook to push data to HRIS or maintenance systems.

How long does it take to add a second product?

Typically 1–2 days. The platform is already configured; adding a product means mapping a new workflow type, approval chain, and optionally a new ERP destination.
